によると、

  1. ツール⇒詳細プリファレンスエディタから
    org.poderosaprotocols.readSerializedPassword をTrueにする
  2. 作成したショートカットをテキストエディタで開く
  3. account=　なんちゃら　の後ろに　passphrase=”XXXXXX”　という形でパスワードを記述して保存。

でいける。最近うまくいかないなぁと漠然と思っていましたが、知らないだけでした。
